All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit only. Kut from the Kloth will determine, its sole discretion, whether an item is damaged and merits a return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at gethelp@kutfromthekloth.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Kut from the Kloth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.
Due to operating conditions including severe weather, your package may be delayed for several days.
